We are committed to:
1. Build a culture of everybody attending a Sunday Celebration Service each week and involved in a Growth Group (weekly or fortnightly), by platform promotion and personal encouragement.
This is to outwork as at least 80% of adult/youth Sunday attenders attending and being involved in a Growth Group.
2. Being a church where outreach, incorporation of new people, basic discipleship and spiritual growth, pastoral care, relationship and leadership development is taking place via Growth Groups.
3. Being a church where Sunday services and Growth Groups support and co-operate together along with people’s personal time with God for the growth of people and the church.
4. A strong Growth Group ministry as priority above specialised department ministries eg only have 2 – 4 specialised mens/ladies events per year.
